Job Description

As ERP Business Analyst you will be part of their Group IT ERP team focusing on the Supply Chain Management processes (mainly inventory management, sales and purchase order processes and TMS) . You will have the opportunity to work with highly knowledgeable and passionate IT people, working together on improving and rolling out IMCD’s centralized ERP solution. Based in Rotterdam and reporting to the ERP Manager, you will work across business groups and regions, ensuring a fit for use and integrated JD Edwards system.

The primary responsibilities for this role:
– Their new team member will work with the business to design effective and efficient solutions assuring the quality and upgradability of the global ERP template. You will also:
– Understand end-to-end SCM processes and their resulting requirements
– Analyze, evaluate and translate business user requests into user stories
– Contribute to configuring and testing of the solutions
– Work with release responsible colleagues to ensure that production releases are planned out with minimal or no disruption to business partners and business users
– Collaborate with and assist developers, subject matter experts and colleagues of other software products to establish the technical vision and analyses trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

Requirements

For this position, they are looking for someone with a Bachelor or Master degree in Management sciences, IT or SCM.
Also at least 7 years’ Oracle JD Edwards application experience as a consultant, business analyst or similar will be needed to fulfil this position successful.

– A team-player approach with both internal and external staff who is happy to discuss solutions and ideas for improvement with the rest of the team
– Agile / Scrum experience is preferred
– Implementation of (or experience in) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a preferred
– Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing), Dutch is plus
– Entitlement to work in the Netherlands
