The Consumer Electronics industry is evolving rapidly and therefore they are searching for someone who is able to work on a Pan European level for the Spare Parts Supply for products. Not only acting as a control tower for the entire Parts Supply Chain, but also in depth operational tasks across the parts SCM, are included in this role. Excellent customer service is the highest priority.

The European Parts Depot is covering all of Europe and beyond, and due to their wide scope and product ranges they are looking for people who are agile and like to work in a highly dynamic environment (no day is the same).

Your responsibilities in the role of Field Support Analyst:

  1. Customer Order Management and Field Stock Control:
    • Coordinate the KPI evaluation of subsidiaries for service part related KPI’s
    • Performance monitoring and reporting based on KPI evaluation
    • Improve subsidiary and service center parts operation
    • Provide after sales service – Q&A processing
    • Prioritize sales orders in the right way to customers in case of shortage
    • Monitoring sales orders and communicate with subsidiaries
  1. Process Innovation and Reporting:
    • Define metrics to evaluate and report key performance and activity
    • Find opportunities in current processes to improve parts operation
    • Communication with both internal and external parties to align processes

Requirements

    • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics or SCM and/or 2-5 years relevant working experience the field
    • Ability to utilize your analytical skills to support business and/or job scope requirements
    • You are curious, able to think out of the box and to take ownership for your actions
    • Effective Communication skills & English proficiency
    • Must have: strong experience with MS Office, MS Excel advanced skills
    • Preferred experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
    • Flexibility for hybrid working (2-3 days/week working from their office in Breda)
