Job Description

Develop and implement state-of-the-art warehouse solutions in Europe and CIS. Translate new business needs into leading warehousing solutions. Support the WMS development roadmap and implementation program. Operate in a team of advanced logistics experts that design and implement logistics solutions for our client and other customers.

  • Support the innovation in the SDS warehouses in Europe and CIS;
  • Support new business projects and have a leading role in warehouse redesign, improvement projects;
  • Focus on further enhancement of in-house warehouse management system;
  • Analyzing business needs, design advanced warehouses processes and convert into clear requirements;
  • You will be the interface between customer & warehouse operations teams in Europe and the extensive development team in Korea that is highly motivated to develop a market leading WMS;
  • Responsible for project management including organization of team meetings, stakeholder management, and management reporting;


This role fits a candidate with significant experience in warehouse operations and systems, logistics engineering and project management.

  • A Bachelor/Master degree in Logistics/SCM;
  • Significant experience in logistics engineering (setup, system, etc.) AND project management;
  • More than 5 years working experience in a relevant logistics operations role;
  • A proficient level of English;
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Experience with ERP system and WMS;
  • Ability to travel, extensive travelling is required in this role within EU/CIS region; Besides, project-based global assignments outside EUCIS may occur;
  • Strong communications skills, persuasian and analytical skills;
  • Flexible problem-solver with a strong hands-on mentality;
  • Conceptual thinker with the perseverance to finish what you start;
  • You are able to inspire people for new innovative solutions and have proven social skills to manage change in different cultures;
  • Knows how to manage stakeholders;
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills;
