Job Description

As Order flow planner you are responsible for:

• Releasing and monitoring orders
• Anticipating on the operation so orders are shipped on time and to prevent downtime
• Managing the order flow towards the Warehouse team
• Identifying bottlenecks on forehand and prevent them were possible
• Escalating to Warehouse Manager in case problems occur
• For structural SAP problems, you recommend and implement possible improvements
• You communicate with internal departments
• You prepare various reports on both customers and the internal organisation
• Organizing pick up of outbound shipments

Requirements

• Bachelor working and thinking level
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Efficient and effective
• Energetic and team player
• Able to understand complex processes
