The European Parts Distribution Centre is looking for an enthusiastic SCM Assistant IM Manager to reinforce the team.
Consumer electronics industry is evolving rapidly and they therefore are searching for a person who is able to work on a Pan European level for the Spare Parts Supply for our own products.
Not only acting as a control tower for the entire Parts Supply Chain but also in depth operational tasks, Project management, Overall Optimization of processes across the parts SCM are within this role. Good quality Customer services are our highest priority.

The SCM Specialist is part of the RPM NL (Regional Product Management) department located in Delft. This role supports multiple sales subsidiaries in their supply of monitors distributed from the Centralized Warehouses located in Tilburg (NL) & Slovakia (SK).
Your responsibilities in the role of SCM Manager
Sales Support
. Assure correct services of Logistics Service Provider by analyzing the logistics requirements of the customers (sales subsidiaries in Europe).
. Act as a backup intermediary for subsidiaries (and any other possible relevant parties) regarding any SCM related questions or requests (order & delivery status, track and trace, pricing, allocation, new product, logistics, configurations, special shipments, stock availability etc.)
. Support management of margin.
Reporting and improvement
. Analyze data and setup relevant reports in order to manage responsibilities and inform management;
. Analyze forecasts, orders and relevant data in order to create improvements to processes and procedures.
. Analyze on time delivery performance and outbound lead time from factory and propose innovations/improvements
Projects and Process innovation
. Propose process improvements and implement approved proposals in order to increase efficiency/ effectiveness/ process quality
. Coordinate and execute improvement projects in order to enhance value added activities, procedures and systems
. Support specific product Taskforce to improve service
Change management
. Guide and drive sales subsidiaries with newly implemented project or processes, monitor progress regular basis and report to head of department
. Frequent communication with sales subsidiaries SCM members in order to achieve given target or projects to be completed within timeline
