Job Description

As a Service Delivery Officer you are responsible for the proper handling of outgoing orders for one of their High-Tech customers. You ensure that these orders are delivered according to plan and that customers are satisfied with the service. System management is an important part of your work: you keep an eye on the status of the outgoing orders. You do this so-called ‘Transport Exception Handling’ process at the end of the day. By doing this you make sure that you do not have to check all orders for problems or delays. You analyze the data in the systems extensively, taking into account the established KPIs, expectations and planning. In addition, it is important that you coordinate incoming and outgoing orders. You continuously monitor whether all orders go through correctly and you help with the supervision of the supply of products. You do this on the basis of agreements made with the customer; you check in the system and on the work floor whether these are followed properly. At the same time, you support colleagues, for example from Account Management. You mainly do this in the field of project management. If you see that incoming and outgoing orders do not match well, you take action and know where to find the right colleagues to solve this. Think of colleagues from the warehouse and the Account Managers. In the meantime, you adjust the logistics planning (you prepare this weekly) and you inform the drivers and the customer.

Requirements

You should be able to work under pressure, be assertive, take initiative and analyze data. Furthermore you have:
• A relevant education at mbo/hbo Level;
• Experience in customer service;
• Experience with SAP;
• Medior skills in Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge and experience within logistics;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
