About company

Our client is an exporting company to Africa and Middle East. To consolidate their demand & supply we are looking for a central S&OP Lead to oversee the full product stream towards these countries. This is a new role, HQ in Bruxelles but work can be done remotely.

Job Description

The S&OP process will be focusing on 4 key areas:

• consolidation & stability => better discussion with logistics providers
• reliable data for internal stakeholders: better ordering process, better deals with suppliers
• cost saving
• end to end visibility (synergies): make the central office a supporting unit for the different countries reporting to HQ

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with both planning & project experience: you need to know about forecasting, demand and/or supply planning.
• Good communication skills: reporting to steering committee, stakeholder management, driving projects and discussion forward.
• Good language skills: English & French.
• Stress resistant, agile and enough grinta to make things work.
