As SCM Analyst you will join their European Parts Distribution Centre. Consumer electronics industry is evolving rapidly and they therefore are searching for a person who is able to work on a Pan European level for the Spare Parts Supply for their products. Not only acting as a control tower for the entire Parts Supply Chain but also in depth operational tasks across the parts SCM are within this role. Good quality Customer services are their highest priority. The European Parts Depot is covering all of Europe and beyond, due to their wide scope and product ranges they look for people who are agile, like to work in a highly dynamic environment, no day is the same.

Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Using historical demand and SPM [forecasting system] to create accurate forecast;
    • Manage PO and vendors for timely supply & arrival of the Spare parts;
    • Tracking Back orders and stock levels [maintain an optimum balance];
    • Internal & external stakeholder management, such as factories, WH 3PL, subsidiaries;
    • Support the EU subsidiaries with basic [process] inquiries;
    • Initiate & execute improvements for existing or new processes;
    • Start up, launch or support in projects;

Requirements

Who they are looking for:

Hard skills:

    • Bachelor or Master degree in logistics or SCM;
    • 2-5 years relevant working experience;
    • Utilizing your analytical skills to support business and/or job scope requirements;
    • You are curious, able to think out of the box and takes ownership of own actions;
    • Effective Communication skills & proficient in English;
    • Preferred experience with SAP, WMS, ERP, must have with MS Office;
    • Excel Advanced skills;
