Your team and responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your job is to handle and coordinate all Supply Chain-related outbounds and internal stock moments (STO’s). This involves jobber deals, stock transfer orders, and program-related outbound.

You are responsible for the agreements in regards to these orders and make sure the planning is being set, agreed & executed with all parties involved. In close cooperation with the supply chain manager, you allocate and de-allocate stock and with program management and the logistical partners, you arrange the program-related outbound and make sure everything goes smoothly. Regarding the 3rd party and jobber deals, you also handle the invoice flow afterward.

Your success will be in the ability to deal with challenges, such as maintaining and communicating the correct overview related to the outbound planning next to managing directly available- and blocked obsolete stock. The cooperation on one hand with the program managers and logistical partners and on the other hand the supply chain manager.

Your tasks will contain:

  • Maintain an up-to-date obsolete stock overview, with split in directly-available/in-repacking/to-be-scrapped;
  • Allocate and de-allocate stock to the sales order(s) in the SAP system;
  • Create outbound planning for delivery;
  • Create outbound orders via our system (SAP) and inform our logistical partners;
  • Allocate and de-allocate stock;
  • Based on input from PM you arrange the EAN128 labels;
  • Process invoices against deliveries;
  • Contact person for the client with regards to delivery details;
  • Arranging managing the return flow in cooperation with the PM.
