Job Description

With an eye for detail and yet very quick in seeing the bigger picture, you will guide clients from the proof of concepts to implementation. If you are used to working at a consulting firm where you get to do all the work at the office, never to visit a client and a manager who does all the fun stuff.. this is different. From the moment you’d start, you get the responsibilities, you visit the clients and you manage the projects.

We are looking for an experienced consultant who is able to lead a team of consultants in delivering extraordinary solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English in combination with Dutch or French. An entrepreneurial spirit is needed in detecting the long term needs of the clients and tailoring the offering to meet those needs.

You will focus on these key areas:

• Lead strategic supply chain planning projects, from scoping to implementation
• Highly data driven and knowledgeable about cloud-based planning
• Coach and steer consultants to help achieve their potential
• Detect the client’s needs and help in translating into requirements
• Deep dive into the product offering

Requirements

To be able to succeed as a Supply Chain Data Consultant, you will need to have:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Economics
• Data savvy and laser sharp in analytics
• 5 – 8 years working experience in a similar role
• Focussed and goal oriented
• Strong communications skills, able to present very complex concepts in a simple and convincing way
• Able to manage a team or willing to learn. No one was born as a leader so we are also open to very experienced consultants willing to level up.
