Stroom is op zoek naar een Customer Service Representative

In your function, you will be part of a team of three and directly report to the Customer Service Manager. A person who is people – minded and someone who will guide you in your career.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the order entry from A – Z. Having a close collaboration with the warehouse and transportation team enables you to respond customer needs, who typically change last minute. Customer mindedness is crucial. Correct and accurate documentation is important for on time in full delivery. Last but not least: you will participate in optimization projects, for example: EDI – implementations.

Who are we looking for:

• A person with a Bachelor in Logistics. Either just graduated or a first experience in customer service or logistics management.
• You have a solid understanding of logistics flows and know about import & export.
• Languages? The company language is English, but Dutch & French come in handy for specific customers.
• We are looking for someone with analytical skills and who can work in Excel.
