About the client
Automating warehouses at logistics players and production companies is a growing business. Our client specializes in offering automated intralogistics total solutions, fully tailored to the client's needs. Together with the customer, the needs are inventoried and then the right solution is developed and implemented. With a strong engineering team, they want to improve and grow every day. The site in East Flanders is a complete experience center. Production, storage and testing of all devices takes place on site and can be viewed by customers. In this context we are looking for an Engineering & Quality Manager.
About the job
From this position you will set up a complete quality management system. Know that you are starting from scratch and have complete freedom to develop and implement quality procedures. You will also work closely with the engineering and production team, supporting them in solving technical problems and process improvements. Based on production analyses, you develop strategies to increase efficiency in terms of quality and safety.
Job requirements
You will end up in a production environment with the latest technologies and a major focus on robotics. For this role we expect someone who has experience in setting up quality management systems in a production context. It is also important that you can handle change well.
