Stroom works together with a Brussels based scale up who are actively recruiting a supply chain planner to join the team. The company’s European organization is only 6 years in the making and is about 40 people strong. Year on year growth means that the challenge is not only in accurate service delivery but operational efficiency and process optimization. They have a lovely product btw, petlovers are welcome.
Job inhoud
The supply chain planner will be the right hand person to the Supply Chain Director. Someone who has been with the company since its start in Europe. A very reliable and decent manager who is strongly engaged within the company and towards his team. The goal is to hire someone who has both the knowledge of supply planning and potentially s&op/demand planning. In the first steps you will manage the supply part & inventory management. Do we have enough stock to deliver to our clients on time in full? Do we need to adjust the planning for our contract manufacturers? And so forth. Eventually you will be involved in implementing the regional S&OP process, this will be an important milestone for the supply chain organization and its growth.
Job vereisten
Who are we looking for:
- Experienced supply chain planner with 3 – 5 y of experience in supply chain planning. Ideally you are used to an international environment and scope.
- Because of your experience you can work autonomously and know how to create a business context for yourself that works both for you and creates an added value for the supply chain team and deliverables.
- You are fluent in both Dutch, English and French
- And Excel, no supply chain without Excel right?
